I’m wanting to eat healthier, but I tend to be very busy and simply don’t have time to be spending some 40 minutes on every meal. All the recipe suggestions I’ve seen look great, but they look like they take a lot of time to prepare. I’m trying to aim closer to 5-10 minutes. Is there anything EASY to prepare for the candida diet?
So far all I have is this:
-eggs -Whole oats oatmeal -Maybe a salad of some chopped vegetables
Anything else people can suggest? I’m going to go crazy if this is all I can eat.
