I have been on the candida diet for about 6 days and already managed to cheat with strawberries, cheese, and crackers. I feel so upset as I have been trying to eat very healthy (ex: lunch and dinner) and I have a bottle of anti fungals with me from Amazon.
What can I do to ensure that I don’t cheat anymore? Do you have suggestions of small snacks that I can have? I feel very upset and guilty.
