    I bought a garlic cooker the other day hoping to use it as a weapon against my candida! But now I’m facing more questions I don’t know the answers to..

    -Anyone know how many garlic cloves a day is safe to eat?
    -If you bake the garlic does heat kill it’s anti fungal properties?
    -Lastly, anyone noticed any benefits (pertaining to their symptoms) after eating garlic for a couple of days?
