Start eating 3-4 course meals. Research more types of side dishes you can eat and add to existing meals. Try out the teff bread recipe that I sent you in another post.
Good examples of side items: oat bran, greek yogurt/kefir, buckwheat, quinoa, eggs, coconut bread, salads, other veggies (celery, etc), guacamole, black/red/wild rice, pumpkin pie muffin bread, and much much more.
Chicken/buffalo/turkey/lamb sausage is also good for weight gain.
