I started taking Nystatin and caprylic acid two days ago, and so far have not had any die-off symptoms. How long does it usually take for that to start, so I know my medication is working and that I’m at the right dose? I’ve been looking for this info all over the web, haven’t found it, hoping you guys can shed some light. Thanks!

Hi, 7 🙂 Were you following the diet before you started taking these antifungals? Are you following the diet now? There are so many factors at play – how severe your candida overgrowth is, how your diet is looking these days, how much water you’re drinking, etc. Usually (but not always), die-off symptoms occur anytime within the first 2 weeks, and then periodically afterward as progress is made. Your die-off could be severe or it could amount to nothing more than fatigue.

    Hope this helps 🙂
