    Okay, so I recieved my kefir grains (milk grains) from amazon.com about 3 days ago. I am going to start drinking the kefir tomorrow. So what I want to know is, am I supposed to just drink the kefir after the milk has been room temperature for 24 hours? Doesn’t the milk go bad?

    The good bacteria doesn’t allow milk to go bad as it takes care of bad bacteria which causes the milk to go bad. We expect the same to happen in our intestines, all that good bacteria getting rid of the bad stuff 🙂
