1 1/2 cup buckwheat flour 1/4 cup ground quinoa grains 1/2 cup flax seeds (whole) less than 1/4 cup coconut powder 1 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp cream of tartar dash of sea salt to taste 3 eggs 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup olive oil
Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius. Combine all the dry ingredients in one bowl, and the wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Slowly pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture, constantly stirring. Mix well and leave for a few minutes to thicken. Pour into a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes.
Yum! This is great with some coconut oil spread on top.
