Are gluten free products i.e. gluten free pasta’s and couscous (made from maize flour) ok to eat if trying to cut levels of candida? I have recently been told that my candida is high and have cut quite a lot of foods containing sugars but get quite confused when it comes to gluten free products. Any info would be great
Its mostly safe very late in your treatment but starting out you need to be strict with these products. For instance, I would only focus on gluten free teff bread or rice products starting out. A lot of these products put in crap flours like corn flour, white rice flour, potato flour, etc. or use sweeteners like sugar, molasses, etc. which is not good for the diet.
