I am on week 2 of stage 2 and I have a question about the fruits and veggies. The diet on the website says not to consume any fruits, but aren’t tomatoes, cucumbers and avocados considered fruits? Do I need to eliminate these from my diet as well?
Avocadoes and cucumbers have health benefits that outweigh their consequences of sugar content. Tomatoes have a higher sugar content and are typically eaten in large amounts (which means lots of sugar).
