So I’ve been to Thailand and completed a 9 day Candida cleanse (fabulous, ask if you want more details) and now I’m away from the safety of that and on my own. WHAT CAN I EAT? I don’t eat meat but do eat fish so that is going to be one of my new best friends… can I eat the following:
Amaranth or millet puffed cereal Almond or rice milk Tahini Oats Tinned coconut (the natural one with guar gum) Tinned tuna or other tinned fish in spring water Rice cakes Oat cakes
And how many eggs a week are okay?
I was also quite confused about the conflicting word on carrots so I’ve done some research and I’m told that raw carrots are fine but when cooked they convert to sugar too quickly. So raw carrots are okay, in moderation.
