Hi. I’m about to begin the diet, but am a bit unsure as to what I can eat. It looks like step 1 is detox, so if I eat anything, it needs to be raw or steamed veggies. However, in step 2 it is unclear if meat is allowed. From what I read, it looks like beans and yogurt can be brought back in, but what about fish, eggs, and chicken? I’m just wanting to figure out how long I’m going to be really hungry if I decide to do this. Thanks!
