I stretch every morning when I wake. I’ve been doing that pretty consistently for a few years. A week ago I suddenly found I was able to touch my toes for the first time in many years. I’m 29, and pretty fit. But have never been flexible. I’m attributing this sudden change in flexibility to the diet. I don’t what else might have cause this. Anyone else experience something like this?
Yep, every time I’ve ever done any kind of fast or cleanse I’ve noticed I get more flexible, although I’m pretty flexible to begin with. The same happened when I started the candida diet. I’ve never researched this phenomenon, but I’d be interested to know if anyone has.
