    I know I have seen information on this forum, however when I enter a search it does not come up.
    I have spent some time researching Candida/Fermented foods on the Internet and saw so many conflicting facts! Now I’m back ‘home’ to thecandidadiet.com/forum for the information that I trust, especially Able! I just started making my own kefir and love it. Now I want to try the fermentation path and am unsure if all fermented foods are ok, or only some. I am really hoping to get beets but wonder what happens to sugar in the fermentation process. Ideas/recipes/recommendations anyone?
