    Wondering which forms of EFAs are acceptable on the diet? I read somewhere in a post from Able that crushed organic hemp seeds are allowed, I know chia seeds are not. My preferred EFA supplement is DHA from an algal source. (I have used a product from the Blue Bonnet supplement company that is actually labeled a prenatal supplement, but it’s a good quality EFA derived from algae). Is that okay?

    So what about:

    Flax oil?
    Flax seed?
    Fish oil? if yes, than what type of fish oil? Cod, Salmon, Krill? Are there specific recommendations?

    I take fermented cod liver oil and E3AFA.

    Yes it is ok and I highly recommend it.
