I’ve been doing the Candida Diet for about 3 weeks now and was doing well. However, an organic gluten free wholegrain rice cereal that I’ve been eating a lot of in the past 5 days has sugar in it, and I’ve only just realised!
I could have sworn that I checked the ingredients originally, and believed it to be sugar free. I’ve been addicted to this stuff for 5 days and now I know why!
This has seriously pissed me off. Does this mean I’m going to have to start the whole process again, right back at the bentonite clay and psyllium husk detox drinks?! That was such a difficult week and I was so glad when it was over. To think that I’ve ruined all my effort up until now is really disheartening.
