If you’re suffering from chronic or recurrent balanitis, and you know the problem is related to Candida, there is something you can try. Keep in mind, I’m not a doctor, and this is not medical advice.

Diflucan (fluconazole) 200 mg daily, Lamisil (terbinafine) 250 mg daily, apolactoferrin 300 mg daily, ibuprofen 300 mg daily. All of this to be taken for 2 weeks.

The ibuprofen you might want to take more sporadically, as the combination of the Diflucan, Lamisil, and ibuprofen can be hard on the liver. It makes sense to get your liver enzymes tested before and after doing this course of medication.

Google this combination if you’re curious why this works – briefly, I’ll say that Diflucan and Lamisil when combined are fungicidal versus fungistatic. there is synergism when combined with ibuprofen, and apolactoferrin. It must be **apo**lactoferrin, not simply lactoferrin.

Additionally, when this course of medication is complete, take natto (Japanese fermented soybeans) and the probiotic saccharomyces boulardii daily.
