I don´t have candida but I have problems with sugar. Sugar make me depress and with fatigue and bloated. So I will start a diet. But it doensn´t have to be so hard like candida diet right? I just have to avoid sugars? Can I eat yogurts? Can I eat integral bread or pasta? Can I eat chesse. I repeat: I´m not doing a candida diet. I just want eliminate all the sugar from my blood. What should I eat. Thanks everyone.

If you want to do a diet different than the candida diet, I would consider doing a low GI (glycemic index) diet. There are all sorts of different diets out there such as the atkins diet, dairy free diet, etc. I’d consider going to the library and find some books to read about food/diet/health and make a plan for yourself!
