I have been on a restricted diet for almost the last two years, no gluten, dairy, caffeine, alcohol, and limited sugar. I noticed the past two summers that my die off symptoms got really bad as the heat kicked up and also with sunshine. My urine got very foamy, my lower back had pain (assuming it was the kidneys), and felt more fatigued, increased anxiety and brain fog. Now just as the temps cool off, I miraculously feel a lot more energetic and am back to walking a few miles a day, which before would have been a miraculous feat. Anyone else notice a big surge in die off in hot summer months?
