Modified from rasters modificaton of able’s bread ;D I don’t like teff cause it makes my candida worse, and I am also staying away from eggs cause of all the histamine and it slows my digestion down(just me personally, nothing wrong with eggs)
1 cup oat bran 1 cup buckwheat flour 1/2 cup coconut flour 10Tablespoon Chia Seeds with 2 cups water(i put the chia seeds in my vitamix with the water and blend for a few seconds to grind them up, then let them sit for a minute or two) 2 teaspoon stevia powder 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 Cup olive oil 1.5 teaspoon baking soda 1.5 teaspoon sea salt *note all of these flours use a dry cup for measurements
Cook 350 degrees 55-60 minutes.
This turned out SO GOOD, i put some coconut oil on it and WOW, i’ve tried expirementing with a ton of recipes over the past few months and this is good stuff. My family actually enjoyed it too and they are picky eaters.
Let me know how it goes! One loaf is around 3600 calories.
