    Please say that curry powder is ok. I’ve just made a really tasty veg and chicken curry with coconut milk, fat free natural probiotic yoghurt and 1/2 tsp curry powder. was just like eating chicken korma! Deffinatly a cumfort food for those days when you feel like giving up.
    Also, while I’m asking, can I have things made with chick peas?

    Hello, Kty.

    Curry is fine on the diet; in fact curry is included in some detox drink recipes. Chick peas should be treated the same as beans a month or so into the diet, in other words they’re a test food item.
