    After 9 mnths I’m finally feeling the affects of true healing within my body. My skin reactions have disappated and altogether I feel much better.

    Recently I added Nancy’s Cultured Cream cheese to my diet as a test food and have not yet gotten a negative reaction to it. It has probiotics in it and only 2 grams of sugar. I love putting it on my coconut blueberry muffins (blue berries are the only fruit I eat AND they’re in season!)

    Any thoughts on cultered cream cheese in general from our long term helpers Able or Raster or anyone else?

    I don’t know if you’ll check this since it is so late but, perhaps cultured cream cheese is the same as labneh? I put the recipe in the snacks section in the recipes, all it is is drained yogurt…. Hope this helps…
