I often wake up with cramps in my feet and legs, usually in the morning. These symptoms already take place since quite a long time (even before I started the diet). What could be the cause of this?
PS: I’m already taking magnesium supplements.
Edit: 2 months after this post, the cramps were all gone. It’s been 1 month without cramps. I don’t know what caused them, but I think it was either the candida or a magnesium deficiency. I have a feeling that it was the last thing.
