    They talk about the relationship between candida and copper toxicity.

    “When copper is out of balance, our bodies cannot control yeast
    overgrowth. This often lead to chronic candida albicans infections
    that are resistant to treatment.”

    I would argue that the cause is just as likely from lack of trace minerals (calcium, zinc, magnesium, potassium, iodine, etc) to name a few.

    But in reality, I think we each have our own individual causes for why we are here.

    so if I take a multi vit with 250ug of copper in it, should stop?
