I’m on my day 6 of my detox fasting and I’ve been taking:
– A lot of water
– the vegetable broth twice a day
– Psyllium mixed with water
– Burdock tea (I’m in Brazil I couldn’t find bentonite so I’m using this as a substitute)
Since I started fasting I’ve been constipated even though I’ve been using Psyllium (a lot!). Yesterday I decided to start using the Sena Leaves tea, and this was actually more effective! It worked!
This shows that different substances can have different effects on each person.
I just wanted to share this.
