I have come across a brand of coconut milk which is gluten/lactose free though does mention sucrose. It then states that there is 1.6g of sugar per 100ml of milk which I presume is the sucrose. Would this be OK
James, coconut milk is normally not ingested until one is well into the diet. It appears you’ve been on the diet for over two months now, so I see nothing wrong with trying coconut milk. Just start out with a small amount and raise it very slowly in case you receive an allergic reaction, although very few people are allergic to coconut milk.
