    Hi,

    I’m nearly at the end of my detox where I chose option 3 because I am very underweight. Since coconut is a seed, can I use it in my vegetables during detox? I would like to shred it and use the milk in some steamed cabbage, cauliflower, and curry.

    Too late just got done making the recipe and I’m eating it as I type.

    Curry Coconut Cauliflower & Cabbage (CCC Cabbage… I like that)

    -1 small onion sliced
    -1 small tomato diced
    -1 cup cauliflower florets
    -3 cloves of garlic diced
    -1/4 cabbage thin slices
    -1 green onion chopped
    -2 teas curry powder
    -1/2 a coconut shredded
    -coconut water
    -1/8 cup cilantro chopped
    -1 lime juiced
    -one jalapeno pepper chopped with some of the seeds
    -1 teas fennel seeds
    -1 teas oregano
    -sea salt and pepper to taste

    Put the onion, garlic, tomato, cabbage, green onion, cilantro, lime juice, seasonings, and curry powder in a pot over high heat. Once there’s no more liquid in the pot from evaporation, pour the coconut water, shredded coconut, and jalapeno into the pot. Cook on high heat until all the water evaporates and brown the cabbage mixture a little bit and serve. Makes 2 large servings or 3 small ones.

    this sounds killer – what do you do with your PURPLE CABBAGE or beets ? many mahalos for the marvelous insight

    It was really good but I don’t think it was the best idea during detox. I had a slight hang over the next morning 🙁 I used regular cabbage. I will make it again once I can add fruits to my diet bc the natural sugars released from this dish is a lot… no wonder it was so tasty!
