I have prepared my cleansing broth, but not sure if I should drink cold out of fridge or re-heat to consume. I’m assuming luke warm, since it’s usually better on the body. Any tips would be great appreciated!
I have found the hotter the better helps my candida… especially if you use lots of cayenne… im pretty sure it helps the vitamins and whatnot penetrate past the fungus and into your pores in your stomach.
But make sure you warm it up on the stove top so you dont kill vitamins in the microwave.
Drinking it cold does not seem to help my candida at all.
