    I am just looking into starting the candida diet and making a list of the foods that I can and can’t eat.

    I know that shop bought chocolate is a no go but what about homemade chocolates such as as as far as I can see the only ingredient which I couldn’t have would be the Sweet Freedom or Agave Syrup.

    If the syrup could be replaced with Stevia for example, would it be ok to have some of this during the diet as the raw cacao is full of antioxidants?

    This would be better than stevia since it’s candida safe. I don’t think it will do any harm with raw cocao in the second stage of the diet. However, at start I would recommend you do not eat any.
