I know that shop bought chocolate is a no go but what about homemade chocolates such as http://chocchick.com/pages/Simple-Raw-Chocolate-Recipe.html as as far as I can see the only ingredient which I couldn’t have would be the Sweet Freedom or Agave Syrup. If the syrup could be replaced with Stevia for example, would it be ok to have some of this during the diet as the raw cacao is full of antioxidants? I don’t think it will do any harm with raw cocao in the second stage of the diet.
