    Ingredients;

    1 quart yogurt “homemade is the best and easy to make”
    1 medium banana “use more or a drop of stevia for taste”
    1-2TBS Cocoa powder, less is better but find what works for you.
    3-4TBS water heated, mix in cocoa powder, pinch of salt and pinch of instant decaf coffee if you have some or use coffee in place of water.

    Mix the chocolate into the yogurt, pour into Popsicle molds, freeze and you are done. You can add some mint or other fruit/extract combinations as well.

    Makes about 8 popsicles

    Tip; You can also turn yogurt into cream cheese by hanging it in cheese cloth/nut bag for 6-10 hours in the fridge, which opens up treats like semi-probiotic cheese cakes, dips/dressings etc.

    As with all treats use them in moderation.
