The downside of finding a good candida recipe is that everyone else in the family gobbles it up. I used Coconut flakes, which are small, rice-grain sized pieces of coconut. You could pulse them in a food processor or blender to get them as fine as the almond meal for which I substituted, but I left them grainier. These really were amazing.
