For years i had indigestion, gas, bloating, depression. I did blood tests, gastroscopy, endoscopy, diabetes tests and all were fine. So i must have candida or SIBO. What worked so far is this. I stop eating for 2-3 days and the digestion restarts but when i eat again the symptoms return.
But yesterday i tried something else. I ate only 100g of white bread and around 1500 calories from sugar(marmelade) and i had no problems. Before this even a chicken breast would make me sick or even a banana. It seems that i can eat all the sugar i want and i can tolerate some bread.
