when it is said a candida reaction what does that mean? A rash, a spaced brain, nausea? What am I looking for? I have a problem with bloating especially at night. Is that perhaps a candida reaction? This has been going on for years.
“Reaction” refers to an allergic reaction. Allergic reactions vary person to person day to day, etc. Most people experience them after eating certain foods.
Examples include: -dizzyness -coughing -headaches -ringing ears -the leaky gut “burn” symptom that I’ve talked about over and over, its similar to “indian rugburn” or hyperventilation. -skin problems -heart palpitations -sweating -nausea -vomiting -Mucous production in lungs
For many, you get these symptoms during the die-off period as well. This can be confusing for most people (the difference between die-off and allergic reaction), but allergic reactions typically happen when eating food or shortly thereafter.
This has been discussed on the forum over and over…
