Has anyone had worse symptoms with heavy lifting? I feel more fatigued and foggy throughout the week as I lift throughout the week. I am wondering if the muscle tears help candida grow or if toxins from muscle tearing are taxing my liver along with the candida die off. I’ve been on anti fungal meds for 3 months and haven’t kicked it even with a decent candida diet (weight lifting diet is very similar). So I’m wondering if the lifting is causing me not to be able to get rid of it? Also taking liver detoxifiers and a probiotic.

I avoid the gym because over the years I have noticed that it makes my skin look much worse. I’m not sure why.
