After having a whirlwind of symptoms – I had a blood test done and found out I am allergic to Candida albicans…
However this isn’t a clear cut diet, there isn’t a specific ingredient to scan for, so I was wanting insight on what I needed to avoid.

I’ve been told fermented products, carbs, sugar…
Do you have to 100% avoid these items? Are there some worse than others? Certain types of carbs ok?

I keep getting mixed messages, so I thought some of you may be more experienced and have some guidance.
    Thank you!!

I would avoid dairy, specifically cow’s dairy. Sugars including honey, maple syrup, etc. Moldy foods such as most fruit, some nuts, aged cheese, aged meat, etc.

You do need carbs so I would continue to eat them. What you should be more concerned about is starch not carbs.
