After having a whirlwind of symptoms – I had a blood test done and found out I am allergic to Candida albicans… However this isn’t a clear cut diet, there isn’t a specific ingredient to scan for, so I was wanting insight on what I needed to avoid.
I’ve been told fermented products, carbs, sugar… Do you have to 100% avoid these items? Are there some worse than others? Certain types of carbs ok?
I keep getting mixed messages, so I thought some of you may be more experienced and have some guidance. Thank you!!
