    Guys,
    Here is a link where you can see what candida albicans ferments, what it uses as a growing factor (assimilation), and different drugs efficacy.
    As you may notice, it doesn’t use Lactose as a growing factor and fructose and sucrose is only used by some strains. This explains why some people don’t have problems with fruits. Be aware, these are “in vitro” studies.
