    If so, which one is the best? I’ve heard the coconut one has fructose, which is bad.
    I want to be 100% sure that butter is OK before using it. It’d be very easy to avoid it but, if I can eat it without a problem, then why not.

    Ghee is the only safe butter alternative for the diet. Butter contains lactose which is a type of sugar, this is why almost all dairy is forbidden on the diet.
