I started getting curious about whole food sources of vitamins, as i was looking for vitamin c i found camu camu. Now one of my worries was that a whole food source would introduce elements that weren’t on the diet but on googling it turns out camu camu as well well as being one of the most potent sources of vitc is also an antifungal!

So i just wonder if i can use it as my vitamin c source and get the antifungal benefits as i’m only doing coconut oil atm.

The other potent vit c whole food source is amla.

Thoughts? Even if you don’t believe whole food sources do any more vitamin wise then synthetic sources they do have additional benefits relevant to their food source.
