    Dry Ingredients
    1/2 cup coconut flour
    1/2 cup buckwheat flour
    1 cup protein powder (Find a replacement for this, teff, coconut flour, anything else than protein powder)
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
    1/2 cup stevia (seems like a lot)
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts (stage 2 item unless you soak and roast the nuts)

    Wet Ingredients
    1 cup mashed or grated zucchini
    2 eggs 1/4 cup full fat sour cream (use kefir or greek yogurt instead of sour cream)
    2 tbsp walnut oil (or warmed coconut oil)


    Someone try it for me…I don’t like zucchini.

    Raster this looks great! I would try it but I can’t have Greek yogurt and have never made keifer. Sorry I really wanted to try it and tell you about it. It looks good though!

    I will try this. So completely replace the protein with another cup of coconut flour…

    Kefir……are we allowed to use the kefir at the store? Publix sells it…

    Well i tried this and they didnt rise or cook.. just came out like dried mixture. I used kefir and coconut flour instead of the protein powder. I’ll try again soon using baking powder.
