I was reading through an Italian recipe book and was inspired to make a frittata.However since I am really in the earliest diet stages,I cannot have almond milk,so I made celery juice and used that instead. Ingredients: -steamed asparagus -two eggs -celery juice or freshly made almond milk -dried rosemary -I had made dehydrated kale,so I added that -raw garlic -roughly chopped basil -freshly ground pepper and Himalayan sea salt -half an avocado -extra virgin olive oil Instructions: -heat pan with olive oil on medium,add all ingredients,mush around once,and cook for about twenty minutes.Enjoy!frittata There’s a link to the picture of it,I cannot get it to insert the picture in the picture link.Argh technology!
I made this tonight. I don’t have a juicer so I used the grater on my food processor, and then strained the celery into a bowl to make the celery juice. I cooked the leftover celery and steamed asparagus first, then added the other ingredients, and finally by the eggs and herbs and spices. It was fantastic and I’m definitely doing it again!
