Hello all! I have been dealing with Candida for the last 2 years and have fallen off and gotten back on the wagon. I have been following Able and Rasters original strict forum diet for the last 6 months and I have oddly been having a toothache in one of my back molars. I have scheduled a dentist appt. But would like to know if anyone has any advice about antibiotics if prescribed.
ALSO I am going on a trip to Thailand in February and am scheduled to take a Hepatitis A shot and a Typhoid shot. I have also been told to take malaria pills. Has anyone else had to take shots for travel? How did it affect your progress? I am really nervous about eating on the trip and getting shots that could feed candida help 🙁
