Is there a recommended U.S. source? I’d love to purchase organic/live but I’m really worried about shipment (even on ice!) as it is REALLY, REALLY hot here in the desert right now!
Not sure bout the source (you may try searching the forum, I do think I’ve seen posts about where to get grains), but you should get dried grains. It takes a bit longer to revive them but considering the temperatures that might be your best option. If it gets stuck somewhere in the post office, it will not go bad for sure if it’s properly dried.
