It’s best if you can find a supplement that contains no soy, but if you find it impossible, then it’s assumed that the tiny bit of soy would be outweighed by the benefits of the supplement.
A good probiotic to start with is MegaFlora made by MegaFood. If you can’t find this one, ask the store to help you find a probiotic with at least 10 to 14 strains of bacteria and at least a 20 billion count to start with. Most importantly, you would need one that contains Lactobacillus acidophilus DDS-1 (the DDS-1 is very important).
The label should read something very similar to this:
Lactobacillus acidophilus DDS-1
Lactobacillus sporogenes Bacillus lactis
