Hi Able. I don’t believe anyone in the family has problems with B vitamins. No one has the problems I do anyway. No one I’ve met does either! Apart from on this forum of course. Frustrating!
So I should stop the veggie days? I’ve got to say its been weird going from being a vegetarian to eating meat as much as I do. Good news on the red meat as I didn’t intend on introducing that back into my diet. Though I am a bit confused on one part. I understand how eat fish and/or chicken once a day would be good for the B vitamins but wouldn’t that be bad in terms of the ammonia we talked about? And shouldn’t I keep the fish down to about 2 or 3 meals a week because of mercury content?
Also while I can happily consume the eggs via my bread and muffins I cannot stomach too many so I can only actually eat them every couple of days otherwise I get sick. I can handle scrambled eggs quite well but for some reason a hardboiled egg really does get me.
I’m having a bad day again in terms of low blood pressure and emotions actually. I haven’t felt this irritable and down in a while. I’m hoping this has something to do with die off?! Although I did increase my dosage of molybdenum to 2 drops. Do you think I should look into getting the Candidate?
Best wishes, Katy
