Simply take up where you left off and consider the symptoms to be exactly what you said they were, a friendly reminder that the infestation is still there, and that you’ll have to continue to be careful as far as what you eat.
I know that chicken gets tiring after a long time, but unfortunately there are few ‘safe’ proteins for Candida. Do you eat a lot of eggs? In my opinion they can be a great and quick protein choice, especially if you keep boiled ones available all the time.
