Sorry I just read your post. I was on the forum yesterday morning, but apparently you posted around the time I was replying to another post, and I left immediately afterwards. I’m actually at the lake this weekend, and yesterday I had finally convinced my friends that it was NOT too cold to take the boat out. It was 68 degrees here, but the water temperature was 84, and I was more than ready for some water skiing. Seems I surround by a crowd of sissies. = |
About the Thai rice noodles, the only information I found stated that the carbohydrate count in those is 43 grams per 2 ounce serving. Maybe this example was not the same type that you have, but if it’s the same, that’s a lot for one small serving, and only 1 gram of the carbohydrates come from the fiber in the noodles. If you decide to test it, I would test maybe 1 to 2 teaspoons and no more until you see if you’re going to experience a reaction to it.
