A regular MD can test you for it but I am unsure how it would compare to other tests that a naturopath would prescribe (i’ve only done it once). I believe its the same test where you swab your mouth throughout the day and have it tested by a lab. An MD would analyze the results and likely conclude that you don’t have anything wrong while a naturopath might be able to conclude whether you are chewing your food enough, snacking enough throughout the day, etc. You need to take a specific supplement if you have a specific antibody that shows up in the test and an MD would give you a specific pharmaceutical drug most likely.
I still have slight adrenal fatigue after a year on the diet.
