I was having that terrible type of gas you’re describing and found out it was too much brassica vegetables in my diet. I went off of them for a week (in particular, cabbage and broccoli), then tried them again this Friday night, and they made me really sick and I got the gas back again. I also have a gut feeling, at least for my body, that the more I integrate food into my diet other than vegetables (buckwheat, a little chicken and fish), the better I feel.
