I will look into getting a stronger probiotic then. My skin has been terrible lately. It had cleared up for a while, but now it’s back to where it was. I also put coconut oil on my face, it’s worked wonders! When I break out it’s ichy, so it does make sense that it’s the yeast. Does your skin completely clear up when the candida diet is working properly? I keep going back to phase 1 because somehow I always get off track (no by cheating, but by reintoducing new foods). So your saying to do this for months? Phase 1 for me was only 2 weeks. Naturopath’s orders.

Breakfast: eggs, rye bread, oatmeal, cinnamon, stevia (at times), rice milk, fruits, coconut oil..

Lunch: rye bread, coconut oil, rice cheese, salsa (no vinegar), vegetables, chicken, veggie soup (homemade), eggs..

Supper: rice, chicken, vegetables, basil/oregano, beef, porc, coconut oil, rice pasta, garlic..

That’s an overall of things that I would eat.
