I don’t feel like the mentality of food as a reward is all that healthy.I had lots of issues with my body,with food,with nutrition for years,still working on it in fact.I know our bodies require certain basic nutritional needs,and healthy fats are one of them.
Hope you will try this snack I made today,it’s so good! I’m falling in love with the combination of spirulina,maca and avocado,plus some olive and coconut oils.MMMM!
