One thing you will find after trying out the candida diet is that most western foods give you a lot of energy! So if you eat wheat, corn, sugar, etc…it could be giving you too much energy to sleep properly, etc.

I’ve had chronic insomnia for over 10 years and the diet improved my sleep significantly; at the beginning of my treatment I used to have seizures in my sleep regularly from my moldy apartment…imagine how bad that was!
